The real house, on which my lot is based, was originally designed as a pump station (which really never worked). Now it has become a modern vacation house, some pipes are left as a decoration, though. Living room was the big hall with pumps, but garage was the room for electrical transformers. The real house is built on an artificial island and has a great view of the sea. I didn’t have the actual house plans; I made this lot only from pictures.
House has 2 floors (built on a foundation – so you can add a basement), it has furnished living room with kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with bathroom and a balcony and of course garage and private beach. House has got free space, too – use it for children rooms (study, bedroom, bathroom for each child as in the real house) or whatever you like.

I’ve also used some objects from Family Fun, Glamour Life, Teen Style and Kitchen & Bath Interior Design (bathroom is almost completely furnished with K&B stuff) SPs , but if you don’t have some of them just use Clean Installer to install lot.

P.S. To join up sofa requires Inge's sectionalsofa patch http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=1393933 (download at your own risk, works fine in my game, if don't do that, will lose 2 couches). If you have Shaklin's sectionalsofa patch, you'll have to remove that from your downloads folder in order for this to work.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
