Welcome to 22 Beachfront Avenue. The summer's off to a hot start and nothing could be cooler for your Sims than beachside living!
This lovely beachside home features wrap-around porches to enjoy the sea breezes. The first floor holds an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with magnificent views all-round. There is a full bath on this level and the stairway leading upstairs to the exercise and office area, another bath and two bedrooms. All skill/learning needs have been addressed with Maxis content, so your Sims should find something to their liking.



Other features include a swimming pool and grill area on the beach, a covered carport (shown with Maxis Yomoshoto Evasion, not included, but available in-game), a hottub on the upper deck and of course, plenty of views! The lot contains mostly Maxis content, with the exception of some floors and walls I made in HomeCrafter.



So grab the kids and pets if you've got them and head on down to the beach!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
