Sunset Elegant Living Apartments would appeal most to mature Sims that want fun, relaxation and a low maintenance life style. It's perfect for the empty nesters, or couples that just don't want screaming kids around.
The clubhouse on the top floor features a bowling alley, pooltables, cards and more. If your Sims don't like to cook there is a buffet set up. This area is perfect for Saturday partys (I've seen the neighbor sims eat after the playable sims set up the buffet. I didnt play long enough to see if the neighbors would set up the buffet) There is a grill on the balconey .
This looks big but is actually on the small 3x2 lot.



Sunset has everything a Sim could want. Large spacious rooms, eat in kitchens, wall to wall closets and breathtaking views.

Ive included a residential version. You can either use this as a big mansion or change it or remove custom content. The only custom content is the outside wallpaper. This can be removed without changing the structure or any functions.

Rent is approx 1600 to 4000.
4)To Rent Furnished:
* CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
* Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
* Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
* Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
* SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
* If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
* Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
* Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.

Lot was moved into and tested. No bugs or glitches were found but please let me know if you experience any problems.
