Here are three beautiful 2-story apartments on a beach lot. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, living area and a backyard patio. On the roof are chess tables, BBQ grill, telescope and a hot tub. The backyard leads out to the beach which has a volleyball net for fun. Apartment prices, range from 2,330 to 2,462 dollars and it sits on a 3x5 lot.
Some users have brought to my attention a bug that makes water cover the beach lot once a Sim moves in. User Plasticbox, provided me with this URL that gives you some fixes in case you download this lot. Thanks Plasticbox. "http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=302405". Please note that I did play this lot before uploading but I did not have the issue with the water. That might be because I build my lots in one spot so I can take pictures and then I move it to where it will be played. That's the simple fix listed in the above URL so I've never experienced the water issue. I'm sorry for any issues this might have caused. However, I've decided to leave the lot here in case people want to try the fixes listed in the URL. It is a great lot to play and my Sims seem to love it.
