-Playtested for 2 Sim days.

-The house was built on a small lot to reduce lag on slower systems. If you'd prefer a larger lot, check out Mootilda's awesome Lot Adjuster.

-Grasses require pruning, but some may be inaccessible. Twojeff's "Perfect Plants" or "Perfect Gardens" hacks are highly recommended.
