This apartment is, although keeping modern, a very girly apartment. It's perfect for two female roommates or a single parent and child/teen. It's very up-beat and fun.

This apartment is very butch, masculine and sport-related. It's great for male roommates, and a single parent with a child/teen. It's very up-beat and fun.
