This modern black and white house features 7 'cubes'.
On the first level, there is one cube, functioning as a kitchen/dining area. There is also a small laundry room and a parking space. On the second level there is three cubes: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The third level also has three cubes; a bathroom, a living area and a study/recreational room. I built this house with WA, HELS and Ambitions, and used a lot of objects from those expansions. Theoretically, however, this should still work without the other expansion packs, it would just lack a lot of the furnishings. Built on a 40x40 lot.
