I built this landscaped community beach lot as a place for my sims to hang out with their love interests and I was pleased with how it turned out (looks atmospheric in-game). It features a restaurant at raised level on the left which leads onto a small club/dancing/karaoke area, and on the right of the lot is a waterfall (which sims can shower in), secluded garden area and rockpool jacuzzi high up on a ledge overlooking the sea.
The inspiration for this build came from visiting the Red Sea in Egypt. You get a few white painted buildings and restaurants high up on hills overlooking the sea and I was trying to recreate that. It would also be nice as an OFB restaurant business, although I've yet to do this in my game. Further pics can be viewed at my Photobucket page. Sims2Pack Clean Installer is recommended for installing this lot. Thanks to all the content creators listed below for their great objects which made this build possible.
