This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Hi there! There was a lot of people asking for more Gaga outfits, so here I am with a set of "everyday" clothing for your own Mommy Monster Sim! :D
 Lady Gaga Bernard Dress  Comes in 3 colors (as seen here, here and here) One recolorable/patternable channel. More details see here. Lady Gaga Leotard Two recolorable/patternable channels (Leotard and corset) This is a remake of an old outfit I made, the only difference it's the filesize (from 9mb to 1mb) More details see here. Gaga using her leotard here. Lady Gaga Pink Skirt and Black Bra Bra as a top, with one recolorable/patternable channel. Skirt as a bottom, with one recolorable/patternable channel. Gaga using this outfit here. Lady Gaga Yellow Dress This is my personal favorite! :D Two recolorable/patternable channels (dress and details) More details see here. Gaga using this dress here. (ignore the cookie! XD) More info! All of these are available under Everyday and Formal categories. Leotard also for Swimwear and Athletic, Black Bra for all categories (but naked, of course) These outfits are for female Adults/Young Adults only. Built and tested with patch 1.14/2.9.
