Bayou Bridge Cottage is an old and comfortable Southern style home. Located at the heart of the bayou of Twinbrook (549 Bayou Gulch Drive), the house offers a lovely seaside view. It was originally built for the first laborers of a local science facility, but with rising real estate prices it has long since transformed into a cozy middle class family home.

Salt and seawind have maybe worn out the house a little bit, but what it lacks in elegance it makes up in charm. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with it a bit of fresh paint wouldn't fix! A great purchase for any small Sim family with a love for outdoors - and hard work. (Please be noted that for some reason the crops in the garden seem to grow unusually large and delicious. Envious neighbours keep saying it has something to do with the nearby wastefall...)

The main house has two floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a modest extra bedroom and a small toilet at the basement of the garden shed. The shed also has a studio for an inventor and a nectar cellar. I playtested the lot with a handy sim, so most of appliances and plumbing should be upgraded.

1st floor: Kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, entrance halls
2nd floor: Master bedroom, children's bedroom with a crib, bathroom, hallway
