 !!! do not put my work on other sites or claim that its yours, this download is made for modthesims only!! Welcome to my first sims 3 creation that i put online on modthesims , after 7 months of practicing and getting used to the building tools . (witch is awesome btw)!
beware!! you can only place this house near the beach on a slight hill because of the ground the beach villa is build on!! This is the perfect vacation home or home for your sims to relax and live a healthy life, the house is built on pylon's so even in the most serious storm your house will still be standing safe and sturdy !!! It has a very open and modern interior and it resembles luxury and design!
 this house contains
 - parking lot - 1 SUV in the garage (colour black) - 2 bedrooms 1 master 1 children -1 living room - 1 kitchen - 1 laundry room - 1 bathroom - 1 relax and hobby room  enjoy!!!
