Deep in the misty swamps of Twinbrook Bayou lies the Backwater Belle Victorian mansion. A once glourious and proud estate filled with Southern charm and hospitality, it is now somewhat faded and almost hidden behind the overgrown shrubbery. But if a wanderer somehow ends up in this secluded corner of the town, she cannot help but admire the vague and sleepy grace.

The main building has three living floors with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside is a little shed with nectar cellar. The fenced back yard has a romantic gazebo with hottub, an attractive small pond and a thriving orchard. The view over the bayou is immensly beautiful and atmospheric.

1st floor: Hallway, kitchen, formal dining, sitting room, salon, bathroom and laundry.
2nd floor: Hallway, master bedroom, children's bedroom, guest room, nursery and bathroom.
Attic: Servant's quarters (or another guest room), bathroom and storage space.

Creator's Note: I have used some Store Stuff and custom content with this lot. Most is purely decorative and the house should be totally functional without it. However there are a few more essential, functional objects and I have marked those within the list. I hope it makes things easier for downloaders.
