I blame CFF. There I was, minding my own business, when I saw that ekrubynaffit was busy making the house from the Sound of Music and I offered to make some windows for it. Well, I made the windows and I was testing them out and ended up building a lot. THEN it was pointed out to me that I always make the same old boring houses - under 20k starter with all the same furniture. SO, this house was a challenge for me to use all the things in a house that I hate and still be happy with it, despite it costing an arm and a leg (or a fin and tail depending on your species).

Some info

The paved area on the right side will fit a car driveway extension and all plants are reachable by sims - which is why they are all in a straight line ... the front door is on a diagonal so the paperboy will drop the paper at the back door. If anyone knows of a mod to fix this I will be very grateful to know about it.

The lot has been resized using Mootilda's AWESOME lot adjuster - thank you Mootilda

It has a LOT of CC - the aforementioned windows, Buggybooz's lovely cooker and fridge, some great recolours of hideous Maxis furniture by vikncharlie and a couple of recolours by me. The recolours by me did not package with the lot but are included in the .rar file.
