Hospital Overhaul
This mod will add five new interactions to the enhance your hospital gameplay. The interactions are as follows:

Abort
Your Sims will finish their pregnancy. This interaction can be done in two places: the hospital, where it costs §3000, and the hideout, where it costs §1000. Sims that abort will get a one-day -20 "Negligent" moodlet.

There's also a chance of unsuccessful abortion. This means the baby will be born death, that is, as a ghost baby. The chance increases as the Sim is more advanced in her pregnancy.

Donate Blood
Your Sims will donate blood and receive §100 for doing so. The donated blood is handed to thirsty vampires around the neighborhood.

In order to donate blood, there must be at least one vampire in the neighborhood and the donor must not be pregant or be a SimBot, mummy, or vampire.

Get Ultrasound Scan
Your Sims will know the gender of their baby and whether their pregnancy is multiple. Sims must be in the third or second trimester in order to get an ultrasound scan.

• Once Sims know the gender of their baby, it can't be changed by eating apples or watermelons.
• As the number of babies is determined when the Sim is giving birth, the scan will just reveal an estimate. The chance to have multiple babies can be changed by buying the "Fertility Treatment" reward, watching the Kids channel, or listening to the Kids radio station.

Donate Sperm & Be Impregnated
Male Sims donate their sperm at the hospital. The sample can then be used to impregnate a female Sim. As the fertilization is done in vitro, the Sim has the option to select the sex of the baby (for an additional cost of §750) and a trait (for an additional §1250).

• Donation are anonymous, which means the baby's biological father will be replaced with the mother's spouse (if there is one).
• Sims are payed for their donation depending on the quality of their sperm. A "Horrifying" sample is worth §30, while a "Perfect" one can be sold for §100. The sperm quality is determined by the Sim's weight, fitness, traits, and buffs.
• To prevent the hassle of sending townies to donate sperm, the interaction is autonomous. You'll eventually see your hospital filled with donations. In order to clear them, sell the hospital using Build/Buy Mode's Hand Tool.
• SimBots and mummies can't donate sperm.
