Here is a contemporary home made special by being pink. Pinks, beiges, corals, blues, are all good colors for the southwest of the USA as they blend in with the desert soil and rocks. Since the desert may not be your sims' cup of tea, they can also have this model in a lush neighborhood. They get to pick. Also, if you don't want all the cc, there is a no cc version.
This house has 2-3 bedrooms depending on if you want a family room or bedroom. You have a nice open floor plan and covered patio for barbecues. Also, if you have been yearning for lots of storage space for your wealthy sims, this is the place with large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, pantry in the kitchen, storage area off the garage, and storage shed in the backyard.
