At the age of 15, Jenny Hamil ventured to France on a family vacation (somehow her parents got her to leave the house and the current boyfriend.) When Jenny got out of the taxi and walked down the driveway to her Great Aunt Gertrude, she was utterly gobsmacked. She had walked into a Mediterranean dream. The amount of luscious plant life, the architecture and the different textures made Jenny's eyes boggle out of her head. 20 years later, Jenny lives her life as an interior designer. Jenny's husband Grant is a architect. Together they came up with this Mediterranean beauty, but mixing it with a bit of new in an everyday yard. The street appeal is absolute, with a water feature to draw you in. It also has a couple of fish to keep the kids entertained. While walking to the front door, you are welcomed by a lush courtyard. The house itself, has a living room with a warm enticing fire place. The kitchen/dinning is open but has a uniquely designed wood panel. Two bedrooms. The main bedroom being attached to a warm inviting bathroom. It also contains the bath. The second Bedroom is for guests, and the 2nd bathroom is for use of everyone in the house. It features big mirrors designed by Andor Michelli, and draped with curtains. This home is a MUST have for couples of the new, or a retiring serenity. Features -Pond -Courtyard -Garage -Living room -Kitchen/dinning -Two Bedrooms -Two bathrooms. -Laundry -Entry * * * * * *
CC- Ok yeah so this house may be a tad custom content heavy. But I just don't think I would of got the "feel" of this house without it. Might I also mention that everyone should download all of Armiel's D.I.Y build stuff. Actually, the house it self was built in her D.I.Y world, which you can get HERE Included Custom Content List.
