This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Brief Description
I have recolored the "Fairly Weathered Roof" so that it is in 18 new colors that closely resemble wood. It is a standalone recolor and will not override anything in your game.

Check out my profile for more roof recolors.
