Hi everyone !

This Roman statue derives from a Hellenistic sculpture produced between the end of the 3rd and the beginning of the 2nd century BC and intended to adorn a funerary monument. It possibly represents the Empress Livia, wife of Augustus, in the guise of Melpomene, muse of tragedy.
The statue is currently in the Chiaramonti Museum in the Vatican.

I made this statue from a free 3D model I found on the Internet. I reduced significantly the number of faces (2 000 000 to 9 800), built an UV map, normal map and textures.
