A simple fire station built for Riverview as part of a project I'm working on. Since Riverview reminds me a lot of small towns in the area of Kansas I live in, I decided to base it off of fire stations in that area. I have it placed next to the Lin household, but it can be put on any 30x30 lot. The name comes from the description of Riverview stating the town lies on the "Simomon River".
The first floor contains the kitchen, office, garage, and a restroom, as well as a large parking lot with some exercise equipment in the corner. The second floor contains the landing area with a TV and video game console where the firefighters can hang out together, the sleeping quarters, and a shared bathroom with showers.
No custom content or store content is used in this build.
I don't know about you, but I think the way that community lots from certain expansion packs get added to worlds is pretty annoying. They're often placed on lots far too big, may end up facing away from the street, and they usually don't match the architecture of the rest of the town. So I've decided to build community lots designed to match the rest of the world it's based in. No more Port-a-Party Warehouse sticking out like a sore thumb in the clearly rural Appaloosa Plains. And these lots will only use EP or store content that the lot type and the world are from.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
