help-urgent boolprop question!!!

i am not sure if this has been asked before, but i am in dire need of an answer if anyone can help me. i was just wondering if any of the boolprop paraphenalia will mess up my game or computer in any way. i think using boolprop sounds really awesome and i am anxious to try it, but i dont want to endanger my computer (well, its my family's, so it would suck if it got damaged), at all. if anyone can answer me asap i'd be sooooooo grateful!!

Hi - I'm sure one of the official help people will reply to you soon, but since I'm here ...

There is NO WAY you can muck up the computer

BUT

You can muck up your game if you aren't careful.

Most options are fine, but some can do all sorts of strange things. If you want to experiement, save your game beforehand. Then if things go pear-shaped you can just quit without saving. If you are going to click on things that you have no idea what they do then I would suggest you back up your game first as well.

I use the testing cheats often and have yet to have any real problems.

Yup, happened to me. Make sure you read all FAQs and stuff about the cheat. If you do something and you don't know what, you could find yourself in the same situation as me. I clicked on something (don't remember what) and POOF!...
I had to reinstall everything. Of course i didn't back up my game and i lost my family of 17 generations, all the houses i built, my downloads. Everything.

So make sure you back up your stuff, never try something that you can't find info about and just be carefull.
