ok i installed family fun stuff and now when i start the game and go into a neighborhood, everything is grey except for the blue menu thingy at the bottom.
My graphics card is like the worst thing ive ever seen 32Mb. but ive run ts2 on my computer before and can't figure out whats happening so before giving up i thought i would ask all you wonderful people for help

The requirements were raised for FFS. A 32 mb card doesn't meet the requirements for the base game, let alone FFS. You can try updating your graphics drivers, but really, you need a new graphics card.
