Paintings and Child Ovens

I have CEP v. 4.1 but recolors for my paintings arent showing up, it isn't even acknowledging that I can recolor them. Also for small appliances, like the food processor and things like that. I also don't have any hacks. What could be the problem?

Your CEP probably isn't properly installed. Please, see the instructions in the CEP thread how to check your CEP installation. You may have to try to reinstall it.
