HELP!! How do you get children to change clothes??

I am into downloading nice new clothes and everything for my sims. I go to a communtiy centre and buy clothes for all ages but when I get home and try to get my sims to change only the adults have the 'Plan outfit...' option. I have tried everything. HELP!! :!: :(

If I remember correctly, you have to buy more than one item for the Plan Outfit option to come up. I.e. two outfits or two tops.

You must look if you have downloaded Outfits or Tops and bottoms....well, and if you have checked it and it still goes wrong I don't know the reason.But I'll think about it...perhaps I can find the reason!

Oh and have you downloaded the meshes,too?
You need the meshes for some outfits...
