Floor Tiles Won't Delete

Hi. Can someone help me? I built a theatre for one of my movies, and it had an upper floor above the stage. Now Whenever i try to delete some of the floor tile from above the stage, they will not go away! I have uni, NL, OFB, and the holiday pack installed. Someone please help me! Oh and sorry if this problem is already posted somewhere, but i could not find it anywhere else. :(

There's probably an invisible object of some sort stuck on it.

Also you could try levelling the area around the tiles using the boolprop constrainfloorelevation false cheat.
