And please don't say "Click the newspaper/computer,I tried it. Is there some requirment for it to show up? I don't know. I just don't see the "Find Pet Job" option.

Actually, the newspaper and computer are exactly how your pets get jobs. Have you tried with having your Downloads folder removed to see if something is conflicting? Please go through the steps in this FAQ: http://www.modthesims2.com/article.php?t=139718

Also, when you have a chance you should update your profile with the EP/SPs that you have installed.

Same for me, it says EMPLOYED, but no one ever comes to get my pet at work time.

Okay, what didn't work? Did you try all steps in the article that julianarosalia linked to? If so, then you reinstalled, right?
