SimPE website down ?

Hello, I recently tried to go to the SimPE website via a link I found in this forum, but I am getting a 'Page cannot be displayed' message. I also tried a link found in the SimPE installer program, but that also gave me the same error message. I am trying to download the Colours Options Enabler Package from the following link but to no avail. Does anyone know what might be going on with the website? Thank you and have a blessed day.

P.S.
Is the cep that I am trying to download the same one that Numenor made....because I already have that one. :) I am a complete newbie to object creation and I am trying to follow the instructions in the SimPE setup program and it said that I need to download this cep file. :)

The CEP at the SimPE is the same as the one on MTS2. The one on MTS2 is always the very latest one and it may take some time for it to be updated on the SimPE site. So, to make sure you get the latest one, I recommend downloading it from MTS2, anyway.

I see someone mentioned that one could get SimPE from MTS2 yet I have not been able to locate it. Anyone have a link? I ask as the SimPE site is down and has been for a couple of days now.

You can't get SimPE from MTS2 as far as I am aware. I am sure, knowing Quaxi's attitudes, that he would have no objection at all to someone emailing you the latest public version. I would have sent it to you myself but unfortunately I only have a copy of the QA testers version, which isn't really suitable for general use.
