deleting characters?

is it save to delete the spammed characters that bon voyage is making with the clean installer? I don't use simpe and was looking for a easy way of getting rid of the many tour guides and pickpockets.

No. You are only cleaning up the tip of an iceberg when you delete character files with CI. Pescado's "Deleted 2 Electric Boogaloo" is the only safe way to get rid of characters and it's not easy. Live with it unless you are techie. He also has hacks to stop them spawning so many, but that's supposed to be fixed in patch I think.
