Sim2Pack Can't Check Filename

The faq says that when you hover your mouse over a package that it will display the filename. When I do this it blinks rapidly but never fully comes up to where it is visable. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm dealing with the same issue. Im still trying to figure the whole program out , so I'm guessing this is why I'm not able to take out files that I dont need? I'm using Vista. I hope that's not why. I'm sick of hearing that answer.
