Suspended bridge...

I remember and once had a tutorial on making suspended bridges (it was by the creator whose name I can't remember but who was making pagoda roofs long before BV was even a dream, he's based in Scotland I think). Any way I actually made a few that I still have in lots on my beach neighborhood I made a couple years ago. Any one remember who that is and where that tutorial is? I searched MTS2 build-bridges tutorials and the Sims2 exchange tut's. Even vaguely remembered clues would help. Thanks guys!
