Can't get a Basement to work!

:( Hi all.

I've been tryin to build a basement, and I've read ALL the tutorials out there about basments and for whatever reason I continualy get the message "Covered by Floortile". No matter how deep I dig and then try to put up walls I still get the message. I level out the ground and everything and :cry: STILL get that message.

If anyone is having the same issue, or did and knows how to fix it, I would be most greatful for the help.

"Covered by Floortile" usually means that your basement has the wrong height -- either less, or more than 16 clicks. If you paint the basement walls with something that has a border on the bottom (a paint with molding, for example), you can see more easily whether the height is correct.

Apart from that, it would be much easier to help you if you'd post a screenshot -- if we can't see what you do, we can only guess blindly.

The covering the walls with a wallpaper helped! I don't know what kind of clicking I was doing, but now I've got it!
