Wanting to upload building, however....

Hi

I want to upload (would be my first) a building I recently finished.
I'm trying to build it with as much EA content as possible - minimal custom content. My problem is....where can I find what build content (walls, floors, etc.) came with the base game and ep.? Is there a master list somewhere?
