Clean Installer and Vista compatibility?

Hey there everyone.
I'd like to get Clean Installer, but I'm wondering about its compatibilities with Vista. Vista seems to HATE the default sims2pack file installer (It lags my machine horrendously when I try to install one), so I was wondering if this program would have the same issues/would be compatible. I couldn't find a compatibility guide on the site, so I was wondering if anyone knew. :0

Seems to work, but you may have to turn off the UAC. The dotnet framework is already installed with Vista.
