Hi,
I want to load the bathrobe after taking a shower but the "change outfit" function require a GUID in order to apply an outfit which isn't in the sim wardrobe.
How to create an OBJd file and link it to an outfit ?

You do it the same way you make custom uniforms for careers. There are a couple of tutorials here if that helps:

Obviously you don't actually have to attach them to a career, you just have to create the clothing package. ;)

I see several outfits can use the same GUID like firefighter khaki and european outfits but how to select the outfit ?

As far as I know the only way several outfits can share the same GUID is if those outfits are for different age-groups or genders...
