How to bin custom beards and custom eyebrows?

I want to do this too? But how? It's diffrent from binning hairs, isn't it? Because there is no property set, ... :(

Please tell me what to do. I don't want my beards being ugly customized. Thank you!

Edit: I have taken a look at those beards.

Is it correct to delete the grey files in the texture overlay of the colors where I don't want them? And then I can delete the grey texture image? And I have to change the hairton dtstring in the texture overlay of the corresponding age? And last but not least make the familiy id on my beards with the diffrent colors the same?

I went to the Create -> BodyShop Recoloring forum, and did Search This Forum for "beard". I found this (it is not on the tutorial page).

I have never done beards, but I have done eyebrows. For the eyebrows, I found that the hair binning tutorials gave me all the info I needed.

Yes, I think you do need to have correct hairtone values.

Black: 00000001-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
Brown: 00000002-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
Blonde: 00000003-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
Red: 00000004-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
Grey: 00000005-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

For elder gray, you only need a grey TXTR in the black recolor. I'm not sure about beards, but I know eyebrows can have the blond, red, and brown eyebrows use the same grey TXTR as the black eyebrows.

They should all have the same family id, yes. So when you change the sims hair color in CAS, their beard color will change correctly and it will still be the same style of beard.

I have tried it and it works the same with eyebrows and beards. I haven't found the search page. When I click on search on the top there is no link to the advanced search.
