Newest Clean Installer not working or just my computer?

I install it perfectly then an error message comes up something like this

Application Has Generated and exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0x920(2336) Thread id = 0xf1c (3868)

Click OKto terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug Application.

I click ok and it closes.
Cancel gives me this

Registered JIT debugger is not avalivle. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error cose of 0x2(2). Please check computer settings

cordbg.exe !a 0x920

Take a look at the 'Try this first' sticky at the top of the forum, and try the suggestions in there. Some people with this error have found that reinstalling dotnetfx helps.
