SimPE Object workshop

When i try to open object workshop in simPE, it opens, has start and open.

But when i click on start it doesnt have an objects or catagories. I though it was just loading and taking ages, so i left it for a bit and came back to it. But object workshop had disapeared.

I have to click on window - object workshop and then tools-object creation-object workshop for it to come up again.

Am i missing somthing really simple?

What version of simpe (build number please), what EPs, and do you also scan your downloads - if so how large is your downloads folder?

i have the same problem... no i do not scan my downloads, i have all EPs but not stuff packs, i have 0.72.133855 version of simPE, i think thats the latest? and my downloads folder is pretty ;arge.

I have SimPE..73 all expansion& stuffs and a growing DL folder and was wondering if there was a Commandline code to bypass loading the game data seeings how Object workshop does it on open,.... :report:

You can turn off the unwanted EPs - just leave basegame and your latest EP ticked. And make sure you don't have your downloads folder in the list of paths.

All I know is, when I try to create my own picture templates using "Picture Studio", it's nothing like the tutorial says it is. If they're going to change the layout of SimPE, then they should update the tutorials to coincide.

The people who write SimPE don't write the tutorials. And there is no "should" about it. Remember, if you get something for free, it's because someone did it as their hobby, when they felt like it and how they felt like it. Just like you do exactly what you want in your free time. It would be lovely if you would spend some of your spare time writing up to date tutorials :)

Every time I try to open SimPe it tells me that the aplication hasn´t started right and the program has to close, What can I do? :blink:
