It has come to my attention, that Maxis has left out some pretty awesome stages from the initial Spore release.
These were Molecular, Aquatic, and City.
If they were included, it would add a lot more gameplay.
Molecular:
Before Cell. Similar to Tetris, you simply connect the stuff that make up basic cells. After they are connected, you advance to the Cell Stage.
Aquatic:
After Cell, but before Creature. You would have your creature as a fish, crab, etc. You would go through the water, and do things like you would in creature. Left out because of navigational issues.
City:
After Tribe, but before Civilization. A simple Civilization stage. Agriculture would be present, and boats, planes, cars are yet to be invented.
I don't know about you, but those last two sound like they would have been fun! With Aquatic, they would have made it so our tribes and cities could eventually go back underwater. Will has noted that this might be included in a future EP.
