I would really suggest doing something simpler to start - like recolouring an object using Numenor's tutorial, if you haven't done that kind of thing already. You get into some semi-advanced concepts in this food tutorial (and it's just a recolour/rename, btw, not a remesh) so it might be a little confusing if you're an absolute beginner.

oh i see..thank you :) ...i got this milkshape 3D i suppose this is for the mesh of those objects which will be created... and uhmmm ... i would like to know how to use SimPE
im confused what was that all about..i got it but havent installed yet coz I read a line where i downloaded it , it says "the game might be affected with what you do in SimPE and might cause destruction in game" somewhat similar to that line...so im afraid i cant install it yet at the moment not until I read some articles how to do it...

You don't need to use Milkshape to do that tutorial as you will not be editing the 3D shapes (the meshes) - just the textures. If you do the tutorial I recommended by Numenor for recolouring, that will teach you some basics about SimPE that will come in handy for the food tutorial. Regarding SimPE being "destructive" - that's sort of a "cover your ass" line - it CAN fuck things up but the kind of stuff you're doing here, it won't, and if you do end up with the item you made going haywire you can always just remove it and it'll be fine.
