Special Sword in China

Where is the special sword that you can get in China? I can't find it anywhere.

You'll get it as a reward during an adventure there.
So send your sim in China and look for a new adventure on the panel in the base camp.
The right one will speek about "smashing boulders" in its description.
Accept it and succeed!

So did I.
And after turning down this quest several times because my sim was NOT literate in boulder smashing, I finally accepted it... a bit in despair. I guess it's typical EA humor...

The easiest way to get it is, of course, is when you use the "buydebug on" cheat. But I really wanted to get it by doing a quest.

Can anyone help me on getting it on the quest? I'm really on my wit's end here. I'm at the point in the temple where the path to two chests is blocked by two boulders. I've gone through the entire labyrinth three times, but found nothing that could help me. Did I still miss something somewhere?

I didn't find the axe there, where it is meant to be, with the carpeted area & candles, so I used buydebug to get one, but I'm unable to continue with the quest because it is stuck at 'find the axe' what should I do?

but if I remember correctly, you don't need to get to those chests to get to the axe.
