Evil landlords

I have the worst landlord in one of my apartments. He is really disagreeable. Well, recently he got into a fight with one of my playables while I was playing with another family in the apartment. More than one fight, actually. And he won. So I went to that family and built up the mom's body skill a bit more, and then the landlord fought her again! But he still won! So now she's sulking all the time and doesn't have time to take care of her toddler.
Does anyone else have funny landlord stories?

Hm, one thing is my landlord(s) will stay over on the apartment forever. Even when they say good-bye. So they stalk the apartment all day and night, then their needs hit rock bottom and they suffer needs failure. >:D

Oh, I had one landlord like that -- before I had to rebuild my 'hood, a sim of mine married the landlady (which I don't think was a good idea) and the landlord that was generated to replace her was evil, he'd keep on picking on other sims for no good reason.

In Angelos Town, the landlady there likes to randomly walk in to the Austin-Schwartz household and begin talking to them. She's never done it for any of the other households, and I'm always slightly concerned that her walking in means I forgot to pay the rent.

In belladonna cove there's that guy with the fugly daughter, sally and timothy riley. They live in the same apartment and as that Cho lady. Well the landlord is a real d!ck. He randomly beats up everyone but my playable because he has the hots for her... And after she moved out he used to ring TWICE a day asking for her daughter, who was a child... Wtf?

Had the same thing once..... so annoying. Even when she was a child, ( that landlord is a pervert.)

I had the exact same thing happen the first time I had sims live in an apartment. Plus she pissed herself at least twice in a 24 hour period.

Hm.... And also fell alseep on the floor? Then rubbed stomach constantly, while pointing to her mouth? Then got bored to hell, pulling hair out? Yeah, its very annoying, but fun to watch them act like 2 year olds suffering dissorders.
