I don't know how to get the exact picture but this is what I am using at the moment.

^ Press the "Print Screen/System Request" key (It's near the Scroll Lock key. Unless you have a non-American keyboard. Which it's probably still in the same place but.), which will copy your screen to the clipboard, then open a picture editing program, make a blank image that's the width x length of your screen's resolution, and then paste it onto the image and save it. : D
