Custom Stairs

I would appreciate some assistance with some custom stairs.
Basically they are like the 4 short stairs then a small platform and then directly to the left of right a full flight of stairs with the second floor at the top. I'm having extreme technical difficulties with this.

Can you post some screenshots of what you currently have?

If i could get the walls to go next to the foundation, that would be wonderful. And also make sure that I could actually have a second floor.
If this is super easy to do then that would be great. But then I would feel like a dork! But it would be super cute!

You need to look into split levels and the constrainfloorelevation cheat (see the tutorials forum and wiki). It's not "super easy", but doable, but you'll have to live with the fact that you're going to have sloped walls somewhere.
