CC Wont Work With Ambitions/HELS

Since i installed HELS and Ambitions Sims3 Installs wont work, i install them, no problem, they show up as installed, i go to game, problem, the wont show up, re-run the game, they are at the downloads tab marked as uninstalled, and the intalled content tab is empty, i install them again, still nothing, ang goes to circles like that
