Then, you might want to use Creator Feedback to get feedback on whether your creation is ready to upload. Creator Feedback is also available in the Create menu. Finally, you will select Upload Items from the Create menu and enter all information requested, then wait to receive further instructions.

Ok,Ok I would like to create some stuff like farm & heavy equipment,semies as well other trucks can I use some of my jpegs use as meshes?
I have quite a few machinery to create;Farm is: Airseeders for my large farmer,seeddisk and seeddrills
harrows,harrow packerbars,rock pickers rock rakes,manure spreader,wagon and truck mount,tillage plows for
tractors heavy 4WD's big dauled 2WD's FWA tractors,small tractors,combines,balers,single axle grain truck and heavy tandem grain trucks like said I've got lots for my Sims

No, you cannot use a picture as a mesh. You will need a proper meshing program. This is all explained in the tutorials.

Gym ware, hospital or prison ware, and Nude ware.Burgler will either tie up kids and leave on floor ,chair sometimes
to bed,teens floor or bed sometime to chairs young adults and adults to beds and chairs sometime left on floor
elderly left on floor or chairs rarely the bed. the burgler will usually take the young to hold for rasom or to sell.
tie with hands in front or in back and over head when tied to beds and of course the famious spread eagle when tied to any beds or tables that's with all bounds also tied to poles beams over head pipes dungon wall strapped to death chairs in evil doers lairs (ie Electric Chair or Gas Chaimbers) I can't think of anything else for the evil doers.
