I have had boy girl twins several times. I use the fertility award to get twins.

Get the Fertility Treatment LTR, listen to Kids music station and watch Kids channel on TV and the chances are higher than usual. Good luck.

i never got boy girl twins until i used Twallans Story Progression and enabled the 1 of each gender for twins and triplets option
