Custom hoods with SimCity 4, what size can be used up too?

I have SimCity 4 and rush hour and made a custom map or region map before for my game, but forget which size, in SimCity 4 there's three sizes, small, medium and large regions or maps you can buiild on which size can I use to use in the Sims 2 for a custom neighborhood?

I haven't made a custom map with SimCity 4 in over 4 years and forgot which sizes can be used!..

Only small cities can be used.

Yea I finally managed to make one, but the in game camera didn't do it justice, only showing the meddle and not being able to build houses on a road between two hills off to the left of the map, they where out of bounds, the road that is!..

That's right. You'll need a camera mod to see the entire map. The camera which is shipped with the game will only show the center 1/4 or so of a small SC4 city. Also, you may have noticed that TS2 will flip the terrain.

I found the camera mod I used 4 years ago to build anywhere in your neighbourhood to the edge as well , and surprisingly it still works for all the EP's and stuff packs here's the mod I downloaded and installed or altered the NeighborhoodCamera text with More flexible neighbourhood camera (http://nene.modthesims.info/download.php?t=235890)
