Issue One: I can get a clothing mesh into maya and modify it, but unless I keep the vertex count, face count, and edge count exactly the same as the first mesh, I can't export it.

Issue Two: If i do make a mesh with every "number" the same, and I get it into TSRW, the pattern is somehow "flipped". What I mean by that is that her neck is on her arm and her shirt becomes boots. Tried this in CTU and when I got it into the game it still was flipped.

Issue Three: If by some miracle I do flip the texture, there is a black seam running down her neck to her fingers, up her arm then down her side. I wouldn't complain except that it is VERY noticeable.

Issue four: I cannot create textures for a custom mesh. Any ideas?

These issues are probably my problem, since my workflow is CTU then Maya then Milkshape then TSRW.
PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP ME!
