Help with Tombs (I've looked all over and can't find these things)

Ok, I have two important questions for tomb buidling that I cannot find anywhere on the internet, I have looked over and over again and I cannot find out how it's done.
1. I don't understand how you make a pile of rubble smaller, so that your sim doesn't have to take half a sim day clearing a single pile of rocks.
2. I have seen it done in the pre-done tombs, so I know there has to be some way. But I haven't been able to figure out how to put terrain in a basement, for underground burrial sites, and secret underground gardens.
Any help for either of these would be great!!!

Also I have tried to find out how to name mummies, but I have been unable to find this information as well.

I'm not sure about #2, or naming mummies, but to make a pile of rubble take less time, ctrl+shift+click it in Buy Mode, and click 'Debug: Set Remaining Time To Clear...'. Then type in the amount of time you want it to take, (5.15, 9.02, 11.00, etc.) and your done. :]

There is two sizes btw if thats what you meant.

She just told you. It's the amount of time you want it to take.

The floors in the basements are no terrain paints but carpet that looks like grass or earth etc.
