UPDATE: Used the basic Maxis face for the model. Somehow, I think the one without the highlight looks better, but it also looks kinda empty though.

UPDATE: Attached the iris to a sclera based on KSK's sclera.

I'm currently debating whether or not to have a highlight in the eye or not.

Hi all, I was making a new eyeset, but I wasn't too sure if it was realistic enough.

I haven't attached it to an actual sclera, nor have I added any highlights or shadows yet, but I have made the base iris, this is what it looks like.

Please reply. I'm trying to go for a "misty", "cloudy like a storm" look. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

PS If anybody would like to see the photoshop file with all the layers, to provide more feedback, just post.

Thanks!

Your model is quite distracting, LOL! Could you put these eyes on a plain sim?

i have to agree with lavaster just put it on a plain maxis model since its hard to focus on the eyes also i would advise you to use a sclera (argh how do you spell it...dam squiggly red lines) from a celebrity/actor since their eyes don't tend to be photo shopped on the whole so its more realistic, i recommend you do this with the safe search on and just don't type in paris hilton

Overall good, but maybe sharpen the eyes a tiny bit? In my opinion it'd look more realistic.
