Drake + Lil Wayne and one more...

I've been working really hard on these sims. Drake is actually my first one I've created. Lil Wayne has been really hard for me. I have a hard time finding really good quality pics of him. The girl I think has been the easiest b/c her face was already photoshopped. Please give me tips on how I can improve them.

Well, first off I've always read here to work only at one sim. When you've finished him/her go to one other, etc. :)

Drake:
- too bold face
- too big lips
- too big eyes (especially in comparison with the photo, but I know there's some sunshine)

Lil Wayne:
- too short face
I'm also not sure about changing eyes and the skintone. I never gave feedback before, so I hope I'm not too unhelpfull...

Daphne Joy:
- her eyes look too strange, they're especially going to close toghether at the end. (Hope you understand). The entire eye you've chosen is kinda blurry but on the photo she got those unbelievable clear eyes. I know about the photoshopping, but I'm sure you can find some that look the same for your sims. :)

well, i'm not an expert but i know that when you want to make celebrity sim, you should use the right pictures. so i can say that the pictures of Drake and Lil wayne are not the right ones. for instance, using a picture like this one (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_FMYbW5fGbec/Sp5-bIZh_eI/AAAAAAAAABo/ntWyaf23U6g/S660/Drake%2BPicture.jpg) with no expressions on the face, it could help you more for identifying the parts of the face. and of course, don't use only one picture, use lots of pictures ;) i'm sure you'll end up with wonderful sims. good luck :)

Daphne's eyebrows are too far from each other. Also, I think you will need to make their skin tones clearer. Now they are kind of blurry. The mouth on the first sim also looks disorted. You should also find some better eyes for all three of them, in the right size and with a clearer color. They need some highligt and better showing pupils.

I did use that picture but the photo is too photoshopped. That isn't how he looks in ANY other picture or in person so I had my problems with it. I guess I could show you guys the actual photos I used.

The actual one of Lil Wayne looks like of creepy but it was the best representation of him that I could find with good lighting.

Thanks for the tips. I will continue to go back to the drawing board with these sims. The Drake sim has come a long way. As far as clear skin that has been the worst for me. I'm using Paint.NET and I haven't find the correct way of blending edges together.

You should use gimp for these three, because they look really difficult.

Also, I say this would be a pritty good pick for drake.

I would only use the left side of his face. It seems Drake has to be caught off guard to get a pretty good straight-forward pic.
But you're gonna need GIMP and Paint.NET for this. It's free.
